Policies & Procedures
Ordering
Hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm- Orders received outside of regular business hours will be processed on the following business day
Orders must be submitted by 2:00PM (Monday to Friday) for next day delivery
- Information received during the weekend will be entered on Monday for delivery on Tuesday
Acceptable order methods:
- Phone 604.669.9322 and speak with one of our representatives
- Fax an order to 604.697.9100, upon receipt one of our representatives will call and confirm your order
- Send an email to orders@caffedemedici.com, a sales representative will contact you shortly
Payment
- All customers are required to fill out a credit application
- Statements are issued every second Friday with payment required within seven days of receipt
- Cheques should be issued to Caffe de Medici Fine Foods Ltd
- Credit cards and CODs are not accepted
